The role:

• Partnering with Titans: Working directly with the leadership of top-tier PE sponsors on their most critical assets-from trophy towers and global logistics portfolios to complex hospitality and residential developments.
• Driving Value & Solving for Distress: When situations become complex, you will step in to lead negotiations, direct restructuring strategy, and make the critical decisions that protect capital and maximize returns.
• Commanding the Full Spectrum: The role is highly dynamic, spanning the entire lifecycle of a loan-from partnering with originations to shape new deals to managing assets through stabilization and, when necessary, workout scenarios.
• Thinking Like an Owner: This is a mandate for someone who thrives on complexity and wants to be empowered to make decisions, shape strategy, and directly impact the P&L.
